All orders will be processed within 48 hours upon confirmation. Shipping duration varies for different countries. Due to current circumstances, delivery is expected to take anywhere between 8-15 days.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS?
We usually process your order within 48 hours after it has been successfully placed. The carrier will come once a day to pick up the parcel to their facility. Processing time at the carrier facility can range between 1-5 days during this period due to higher volume and limited manpower. Once processing is done, they will begin to ship the parcel. A tracking number will now become avaiable and will be sent to your email for your tracking.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive and email indicating the carrier and your tracking number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

- Product must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- Apparel product must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached
- All other product must be in unused and same condition that you received in the original packaging
- We only offer refund into the original payment method used to make the purchase
- Exchanges are not part of our returns policy
- You are responsible for your own return shipping fee and this fee is non-refundable
- We reserve the rights to request for an image to view the condition of the product before approving a return
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Please ensure that you have read our return policy and make sure that the item is in an original unused condition. Once that is done, reach out to our customer service team who will guide you through the process
I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
We are sorry to hear that you received a faulty item. But rest assure that we are here to help.

- Photos that show product fault as clearly as possible
We will then get back to you and give you a satisfactory resolution.
If the item is damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with a photographic evidence so that we can sort it our for you.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We generally want to help as much as we can. It do however depends on the type of products.
Products which concern health and hygiene will not be entitled for exchanges for obvious reason. Such as undergarments and swimwear.
We are not able to do exchanges for a different product. Eg. Purchased a hat and wish to exchange for a shoe
Other than that, within valid reason we will help with the exchange as much as possible.
Return shipping fee is to be covered by you when sending the item back.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND
You will receive a notification email when a refund has been processed. Depending on your card provider in your country, refund generally takes between 3-5 working days to be completed. If you still do not receive it by them, feel free to reach out to us and we will sort it out for you.
IS TAX REFUNDABLE?
Tax is subjective depending on your country's import regulation which we have no control over. Hence paying for tax is the responsibility of the consumer by the law of your country. We are unable to provide a refund for that.
IS SHIPPING FEE REFUNDABLE?
If you have opted for a premium shipping option (eg. Insured Shipping), the amount paid for it has been used to pay to the carrier so we are not able to offer any refund on shipping fee paid.
IS INSURED SHIPPING FEE REFUNDABLE?
If you have opted for the insured shipping delivery option, the amount received from you has been used to pay to the carrier for this service, so we are not able to offer any refund on insured shipping fee paid.
